To support this goal, we created our Dry Eye EyePlan, known as DEEP, which offers reliable, ongoing care without the stress of unexpected costs. Why Choose a DEEP Plan?
Managing dry eye effectively requires regular check-ins and treatments, often adjusted over time to fit your evolving needs. Our DEEP plans are designed to provide this care with flexibility, allowing you to return as often as necessary without worrying about hidden costs. With DEEP, we aim to make high-quality, individualised care accessible and affordable, ensuring your eyes get the attention they deserve without financial stress of lump sum payments.
Our DEEP plans are available at four levels, each offering increasing benefits and treatment options. Our specialist optometrists will be on hand to advise which DEEP plan suits your needs and budget best. From basic to comprehensive coverage, every plan includes enough care to help you manage symptoms effectively. There is a minimum term of 12 months from sign up on each tier of DEEP and at every anniversary you have the flexibility to change your plan. In the meantime if any additional services are needed you can always top up with our PAYG. All Eyeplans have an 18 month minimum term.
DEEP Treatment Plan Levels Explained
1. DEEP Basic
Our introductory level plan provides support for those with mild symptoms, or those on a budget. It includes foundational treatments and access to our Dry Eye Suite, ensuring that you have consistent relief and guidance on your journey in dry eye management. DEEP Basic is perfect for those needing basic support, and for those with already well manged dry eye.
2. DEEP Essentials
This plan is a little more intensive, allowing for a couple of further visits per year, and also lid exfoliation with TTO as a treatment option if blepharitis and other lid inflammation is also a concern. It also gives the patient discount on advanced dry eye services.
3. DEEP Plus
DEEP Plus includes additional treatments, all diagnostics, and discounted rates for advanced services. This plan is ideal for those looking to elevate their care and reduce at-home maintenance by entrusting more of their treatment to our experienced team.
4. DEEP Comprehensive
For patients requiring the most complete support, DEEP Comprehensive provides full access to all our treatment options, diagnostics, and increased appointment frequency. It also includes unlimited access to our Dry Eye Suite, as well as one included ZEST treatment per year. This plan is best suited for those with more severe or persistent symptoms, those who are not able to commit to home treatments and provides everything needed for effective, long-term dry eye management.
