The delivery of items which are in stock takes approximately 2-7 working days, while items that are not in stock take 5-21 working days (please get in contact if a more accurate estimate is required).
All contact lens orders have Free delivery.
All orders (excluding contact lenses) over £250 will be free, whilst under £250 will incur a delivery fee of £5.95 for standard delivery and £8.95 for express.
Deliveries are fulfilled via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard and Tracked 24 as express.
When selecting an express option such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 note that delays may occur which are out of our control such as weather, holidays, flight cancellations etc. If this happens, we cannot refund any express shipping charges.
If orders are received before 9am Monday – Friday and product is in stock, your order will ship the same business day. If orders are placed on Weekends or after noon on Friday, the order will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday).
Unfortunately, we are not shipping international packages currently
We are always here to help our customers and we understand that on occasion, purchased items need to be returned.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, customers have a 14-day right to cancel, this legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Refunds are offered (at customers expense if returning via post) with products that you wish to return. Items are only eligible for a refund if they have not been opened, used, or damaged and if they are in their original condition.
However, if we have made a mistake with your order or the goods are faulty, then we will be happy to offer a refund of all costs, which also includes money spent on postage and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We are happy to accept returns from online orders within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, after an inspection of the product is performed. Items are required to be unopened (contact lenses), undamaged, and in good condition. Delivery charge will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
We promise to provide an exchange service on items up to 14 days after the order purchase date. Items sent for exchange must be unopened, undamaged, and in original condition.
We are unable to offer exchanges for Contact Lens products.
Exchanges can be performed for the same product, or for a different product of the same value after inspection is performed.
When an exchange is requested for a product of different value, the price difference will be calculated excluding the delivery charge of the original purchase.

Any cancellations made during working hours, before your item has been dispatched, will be accepted. If your item has already been dispatched, we will be unable to make any amendments to the item.
Successful cancellations will be refunded within 3-5 working days.
